What makes a great brand?
It’s when the combination of a product’s attributes—trademark, packaging, history, price, reputation and marketing efforts blend together to create an immediate positive perception in the mind of the consumer.
Do you have a method for coming up with great ideas and solutions?

We have several methods we utilize within the department, but here is one of the most common. I’ve always referred to it as “The Great Wall.” We’ll take the single most important idea from the Creative Brief and tape it to a wall. We’ll then tape all our ideas (at various stages) to the wall and measure it strategically as well as creatively. At the end of this process we’ll see what sticks.
What food makes you think more creatively?

Coffee. It fuels the mind.
What are you most proud of?
Making the time to coach youth sports. It’s an opportunity to become a positive role model and make a difference in the lives of kids during one of those magical times they’ll always reflect back on.
