What got you into this business in the first place? The idea that I could help, even in a small way, make dreams come true.
Who was a big influence in your career?
My family and friends. They have always believed in me.
What was "your finest moment," the thing you're most proud of? Everyday I try to find “the finest moment.” In every small thing I do, that is done with love, you should be proud of.
What was your most embarrassing moment in business?
At the beginning of my career when my English was not so good and I had problems expressing my ideas. I used to mix words like “bore” and “boring” & “exiting” and “exited”. It was very embarrassing!  
Is there a great client story you'd care to share? Every client is special and every client has interesting stories.
What attracted you to IMAGES? The diversity of talent and the passion of the team.
Do you have a method for coming up with ideas and solutions for clients? I try to find inspiration from anything that is around me that can help me with new ideas. I also try to get into informal conversations with team members. I find it fascinating how many great ideas can come out of small talk.
What makes a great brand? Innovation, Creativity and Frequency.
What driving career goals do you still have? I want to keep growing professionally everyday and one day have my own business.
What talent do you wish you had? I wish I could draw better. I would like to express my self with colors and shapes.
If you had to live on a desert island, what would you miss most? My family and music for Salsa dancing!
Is there any food that helps you think more creatively?
All the food from my country. To me, it is a constant reminder of who I am and where I come from.
What's your favorite sports team? I don’t have any favorite sport team in the States but I do have one in Venezuela. “ Los Leones de Caracas” the best Baseball team in the world
What frustrates you the most? Lies and Injustice.
Tell us about your pets? I don’t have any but I love Dogs!
What was growing up like for you? It was a great experience, everyday I wish I could go back an do it all over again. The sound of water from the river close to my house where I grow up, the smell of flowers from “El Avila” the most beautiful mountain in the world and the smell of CAFÉ from my Mom’s kitchen.
What's your favorite TV program? And your least favorite?
Favorite: Grey’s Anatomy and Friends
Least Favorite: Any reality show that uses vulgar vocabulary
What do you do for a good time...when you're not working? I go out dancing Latin music!
What was college like for you? I loved it!
